Our Small Group Personal Training sessions have a maximum capacity of 6 people per session. The SGPT format creates a more cost effective way to train socially whilst ensuring a bespoke & tailored personal coaching experience.

Metcon-X is a high-performance Strength & Conditioning class that fuses SGPT-style coaching with the energy of our Metcon sessions. Our AWC (All Weather Strength & Conditioning) sessions are run out in the yard all year round, whatever the weather. This is a raw old school style S&C session. Battleropes, tractor tyres, kettlebells & more.

Our MOBILITY workshops are designed to help you move better, aid recovery & prevent injury. Instructed by an ART/myofascial release specialist coach, you'll learn trigger point and mobilisation techniques using specialist tools, resistance bands & more. You'll walk away feeling brand new.
